Easy Exchanges & Returns

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

To complete a return, please email us at info@swishfashion.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with a DHL returns slip and we will arrange a collection from your chosen location. Please note, you will be required to print out this packing slip. The returns cost of $9.95 USD will be deducted from your refund once the item/s have been received back at our head office and approved for a return.

Please note, any damaged or worn item cannot be returned. Items must be returned to us unused with all Swish tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
