WHAT can be returned?
Online- All fashion items that are unworn and without damage can be returned to our head office for a full refund* within 2 weeks from date of delivery by Australia Post.
*NB: refunds exclude postage charge.
Garments purchased from "clearance outlet" on the website are non refundable.
In store - Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase or receive a store credit. We do not provide full refunds in store.
WHAT can not be returned?
For exceptional sale, like 60% off, no returns or exchanges are possible.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?2 weeks from date of items purchase. If an item is returned more than 2 weeks after your parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we will not be able to process your refund and you may incur a $12 shipping fee to have these items returned back to you.WHERE do items need to be returned to?Items bought online should be sent back to our head office at your own cost:

Items bought in store should be returned to the store of purchase.
HOW do customers return items?
Simply fill out your returns form and place it with the items you wish to return, back to the above address. To ensure a timely turn around for your refund/exchange, it is imperative that you do the following;
1. Fill out ALL sections on your returns form.
2. Keep a copy of your tracking number to ensure that your parcel is not lost.
3. Contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call us on 02 8338 1888 to confirm that the garment you wish to exchange is available.
SHIPPING for returns?
If you return or exchange a garment you must post back to us at your own cost. If it is an exchange we will send the correctly size back to you free of charge.
CREDIT for returns?
If you wish to receive an online credit instead of a refund we are happy to provide you with account credit to use within a year.
In store return option?
Online orders can be returned to any Swish store as long as you email firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge the return BEFORE returning the item to a store.
Mega Clearance Sale
No exchange or refund on Mega Clearance sale purchases.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags in place.
If an item is returned damaged and has visible signs of wear and tear, we are not entitled to offer a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
